From procurement to handover, with a build/construction programme to be monitored in the middle! We will take you through the onboarding of the right delivery partners to the delivery and commissioning of your solution. Operational + Optimised - the "living with it" phase. A post-occupancy re-wind to understand the performance, identify operational issues and learning lessons for future projects. Is the space living up to expectations and does the technology deliver?
