Build
Plans become reality. Construction happens according to the contract, with regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Design queries are addressed, agreed, resolved, communicated and documented as the team oversees the project coming to life.
Handover
(Almost) the finish line! The space is completed and handed over to you. Putting it ‘into use’ includes testing systems, providing building manuals (O&M’s), addressing initial issues and making sure everything works as designed, before the final sign-off, as we handover to your in-house teams and support agreements as we move into the Operation stage.
