Concept Design
Your design team will develop concepts that respond to your brief while considering sustainability, structural strategy, building services and cost plans. We’ll create initial visuals of what your project could become to help visualise your new space.
Spatial Co-ordination
The "Developed Design" stage focuses on co-ordinating and testing the architectural, structural, MEP and building services design. The spatial arrangements get frozen; we will feed into planning submissions and license to alter (LTA’s) where required and cost certainty will improve.
Technical Design
The detailed technical bit where all design information is finalised prior to build/construction. We will prepare detailed specifications, confirm building regulations compliance and finalise cost information.
